**Job Summary:**
As a Remote Customer Success Specialist at Eco World Development Group Berhad, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction, promoting our values, and guiding them through our services and solutions. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement:** Manage customer relationships by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly support via various communication channels (email, chat, and phone).
- **Onboarding:** Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our offerings, features, and how to maximize their experience with Eco World.
- **Problem-Solving:** Address customer inquiries and concerns by utilizing critical thinking skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- **Feedback Collection:** Actively seek customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services. Summarize findings and report them to relevant teams.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- **Relationship Building:** Foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on customer feedback and needs, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer success.
- **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system to ensure continuity of service.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, company updates, and customer success best practices to refine skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is necessary; however, a passion for customer service is essential.
