### Job Description

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, contributing to our overall mission of providing quality healthcare solutions. You'll collaborate with various departments to resolve customer inquiries and complaints, working from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of a larger, meaningful purpose-oriented organization.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Engagement:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Ensure that all communications are handled effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

- **Problem Resolution:** Diagnose customer issues and provide clear solutions or escalate concerns to the appropriate department, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities and resourcefulness.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring that all notes are complete and actionable.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and suggestions for improvement, and communicate insights to management to contribute to ongoing service enhancement initiatives.

- **Product Knowledge:** Keep up to date with the latest developments in IHH Healthcare's products and services to provide informed information and assistance to customers.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to align strategies and share best practices for customer service excellence.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing creative solutions and insights with peers.

- **Performance Tracking:** Meet or exceed established KPIs and metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution rates.

### Requirements

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a customer service or support role, preferably within the healthcare or related sectors.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.

- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote communication tools. Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
