### Job Description

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated **Remote Customer Support Officer** to join our dynamic team. ### Responsibilities

- **Customer Support:**
- Provide top-tier customer service via multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone, ensuring positive engagement and resolution of customer inquiries related to Telekom Malaysia's products and services.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while documenting details and follow-up actions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

- **Communication:**
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs, offer solutions, and provide relevant information on products and services.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support and sales, to gather insights and facilitate the resolution of complex customer inquiries.

- **Feedback Collection:**
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help identify trends and areas for improvement within our services and processes.

- **Training and Knowledge Sharing:**
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and participate in training programs; assist in training new staff members as needed.

- **Adaptation to Change:**
- Thrive in an ever-evolving environment by embracing change, supporting new strategies, and promoting innovative customer service practices.

### Requirements

- **Education and Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or customer service role, preferably in a telecommunications or related industry.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools; familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking and independent, capable of managing time effectively while working remotely.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong adaptability to changing priorities and circumstances.
- Proficient negotiation skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns.

- **Communication Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to customers of varying technical knowledge.
