Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level who is energetic, passionate, and possesses strong people management and research skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage remote operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes
- Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions
- Lead and motivate remote teams to achieve company goals
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 6 years of experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with project management software
