Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, driven, and have excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide timely solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments to better assist customers
- Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a strong interest in technology and customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be resourceful and able to think on your feet
- Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address potential issues proactively
