Open Position: Head of Sales & Business Development (Payment Solutions Company) A Payment Solutions Company is looking for Head of Sales & Business Development to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include: Good understanding of Payment Solutions within Fintech and Financial Institution sectors covering both Software Application and Infrastructure would be added advantage Develop both short and long term sales strategies through customer acquisition & retention, business development, relationship building and after-sales services with Head of Department and C-Suites with measurable actions and goals to monitor successful executions to achieve sales results Implement efficient sales management process cycle using CRM systems and data collections to analyse results and identify opportunities to improve sales motions, value propositions, sales enablement, systems, processes and etc Being flexible to explore new business and partnership opportunities through product integrations and developing new business models Having an entrepreneurship mentality and sense of ownership to grow the business towards profitability and achieving company goals Independent with the ability to foster trust and rapport with both internal and external Financial Institution stakeholders in the fast-paced working environment   If you are interested, please send your CV to  for a confidential discussion.
