Overview:We are seeking an experiencedSales Managerto lead and drive sales initiatives for our clients retailForex and CFDs online trading platform , focusing on the India market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background inconversion, retention, and team management , with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in the financial trading industry.Candidate must be willing to relocate to Malaysia for this role.
What will you do:1.
Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the India market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients,Introducing Brokers (IBs) , and other key stakeholders.
Oversee and manage the performance of the sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Conversion & Retention:
Lead the sales team in converting leads into active traders through effective engagement and onboarding strategies.
Implement innovative client retention initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value and ensure high satisfaction levels.
3. Business Development:
Expand the reach of the trading platform by onboardingnew IBsand cultivating strategic partnerships.
Identify and capture opportunities to grow market share in the competitive Forex & CFDs space.

Market Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns tailored to the Indian audience.
Stay updated on market trends, client behavior, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Team Management:
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to excel in their roles.
Monitor team performance, provide actionable feedback, and foster a results-driven culture.
Who are we looking for:Bachelors degree inBusiness, Finance, or related field .
Minimum5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industrywith at least2 years of managing conversion, retention, and sales teams .
Established network ofclients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) .
Strong knowledge ofIndias financial markets , trading platforms, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
