Tech Mahindra is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales/Business Development Manager to lead and grow our BFSI business in Malaysia.
The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the Malaysian IT products and services industry, particularly within the BFSI sector, with exceptional prospecting, sales, and relationship management skills.
In this role, you will manage both existing accounts and new business opportunities, driving the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Role Details –
Role Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Location :- Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
10–12 years of proven experience in sales within IT products and services organizations, with a strong focus on managing customers in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) vertical.
Key Responsibilities –
Work on acquisition of new logos through proactive prospecting, account & opportunity qualification and deal closures.
Identify and nurture opportunities within existing accounts.
Manage end- to-end sales cycle, from opportunity discovery, RFI/RFP, evaluation to POC and closure.
Establish and strengthen partnerships with OEMs and local partners to enhance solution delivery and market reach.
Regular leadership reporting, CRM management and regular deal updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and recommending tailored IT service and solution offerings.
Coordinate with presales, competency, and solutions teams to craft compelling proposals for targeted accounts.
Collaborate closely with customers to understand their IT roadmap, strategic priorities, and long-term goals, ensuring alignment with proposed solutions and services.
Achieve assigned quarterly and annual targets for revenue, EBITDA, and collections.#J-18808-Ljbffr
