Senior Business Development Manager (Water And Wastewater Technologies)

Job Descriptions:- To lead sales force and develop both direct and indirect sales channels.Build and maintain relationships with end-users and clients, both existing and new, to create a strong pipeline of opportunities.Develop a growth strategy for assigned territories within Malaysia, South East Asia (SEA) and new potential regions. Responsible for achieving sales targets (revenue and profitability) Adapt and develop solutions to clients' needs with clear and decisive communication.Conduct Business Intelligence to know customers requirements, competitors offer, create a solution to fit clients needs (while being cost-effective). Work cross-functionally within the organization and key technological business partners to optimize Company's solutions.Prepare monthly consolidate sales report.  Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Business, Engineering, Science, etc.). A master degree is a plus. A minimum 5 years of sales experience in process water and wastewater treatment field, as a manager role.Proven with track record in ability to deliver business results.Possess strong practical communication interpersonal skills and high energy level and a goal-oriented mindset. Strong networking and negotiation skills. Knowledge of basic IT skills – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Possess strong desire to travel (both local and overseas) to meet clients. Possess own transport.
