We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Intense collaborationPassionate customer focusThoughtful, fast, disciplined executionTenacious commitment to continuous improvementWork independentlyHere is a glimpse of what you'll do: Responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services for the company.Work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of goods. Ensure continuous apply of required goods and materials and to communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations.Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationship with vendors.Evaluates procurement data and monitors key purchasing metrics.Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.Coordinate with internal CFT team & work together with buyer in the ECO roll in plan to minimize the potential exposure.Provide guidance and support to junior members of the purchasing team.Handle NPI projects & able to work with internal CFT team on all material related issues.Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.  Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree, in the related field.At least 5-year(s) of working experience and required industry experience, including two years in supervisory role.Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.A candidate with a purchasing/sourcing background in the EMS environment will have an added advantage.
