Senior Executive - Property

Responsiblilities : Monitor in all aspects of property commercial and management portfolio including administrative, contractual, operational and financial matters;Monitor in occupancy matters related to properties owned by the Company. This includes preparation of tenancy agreement, liaising with property agents, attending potential tenant queries & site visits and any other issue related to properties occupancy, income and profitability;Assist in providing end-to-end support on property matters including disposal of property and title transfer by working closely with relevant authorities, appointed consultants and solicitors;To update any task assigned in ASANA for HOC's review and to administer the IFCA, Symphony and PMS System;Prepare a proposal for the acquisitions of new property investments;To perform any tasks related to property management, ie rental collection, tenancy agreement, renewal of fire insurance, payment of quit rent & assessment, acquisition & disposal of property, valuation, marketing, maintenance etc;To perform any task related to land matters or any ad-hoc task as and when required and directed by The Management of Johawaki. Requirement : Bachelor degree in Estate Management or equivalent.At least 5 years of working experience managing tenant relation, tenancy agreement, property maintenance and land mattersFamiliar with property laws in Malaysia is an advantageSelf motivated with the ability to work independently and as as team player, proactive and positive attitudeExcellent organizational and multitasking
