Key Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions, ensuring the selection of top talent to meet organizational needs.
Coordinate visa and work permit processes for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation programs, documentation verification, and exit interviews, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with organizational goals and support employee engagement and retention.
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and evaluating effectiveness of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Stay informed about relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and update and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, communicating changes to staff as necessary.
Manage HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, and managing HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, and operations, to support HR initiatives, resolve issues, and drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a senior HR capacity.
Proven track record of successfully leading HR initiatives and projects that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement in HR practices and processes.
Proficiency in UBS systems, Microsoft Office, and other HR-related software applications.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
