Senior Maintenance Engineer
Job Description:
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on machines promptly to maintain production efficiency.
Equipment Calibration: Perform regular calibration and adjustments to machines to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts replacements, using the company's maintenance management system.
Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and consumables for machines, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment upgrades to enhance the reliability and efficiency of machines.
Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to production staff on the proper use and maintenance of machines.
Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to address equipment-related issues and support production goals.
Requirement:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry or a related manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and software issues on machines.
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and techniques.Good communication skill and equipped with strong analytical skills.
Systematic Problem-Solving methodology e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, Fish Bond, Is/is not…etc.
Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly. Good knowledge and skills in production area.
Able to lead and coach technicians.
Practice high performance behavior and together work as Team in executing projects & strive for excellent.
