Job Description We are seeking a motivated Senior Procurement Specialist to manage relationships with Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) suppliers and optimizing procurement processes.Develop and implement procurement strategies for ODM suppliers.Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, performance evaluation and risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality team, to align procurement strategies with company goals.Conduct regular supplier review, monitor supplier performance through regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.Responsible for creating, negotiating, completing, and governing all contractsFoster strong relationships with ODM suppliers, overall suppliers governance and management, including supplier relationships ownership.
Lead on-going drive for cost improvement and annual cost reductionReviewing and analyzing procurement reports#LI-MHBasic RequirementsCandidates must have at least minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields is a plus.
