Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities: Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs throughout the lifecycle, including tracking expenditures, managing budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Oversee procurement processes, including the preparation and issuance of tenders (Bill of Quantities), evaluation of bids, and negotiation of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.Ensure timely delivery of materials and services within budget constraints.Contract Administration: Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.Address and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes that arise during the project.To coordinate with project team for variation order and progress claims of site workTo review project contract documents, interior & drawings, specifications and costingPerforms other related duties as assigned by superior.Job Requirements: Must have experience in Quantity Surveyor. Degree or equivalent in a related field. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)Good interpersonal skills and able to handle administration tasks with minimal supervisionPerforms other related duties as assigned by superior.Job Type: Full-time
