Service Crew / Bar Crew

Job Descriptions:
Help execute company policies,standards,and operating procedures in the outlets to which assigned.Assists the outlet management in ensuring that all food and drink are prepared,priced,and served in  accordance with company policies.Makes hiring recommendation to Operation Manager,Assist in the training of new hired employees.Participates in on-going training programs.Promotes a positive work environment for all employees and maintains an excellent working relationship.Helps safe guard all monies and company property.Reports company violations to the Operation Manager.Helps monitor food production and adjusts per levels to prevent waste.
