Responsibilities: Lead, train and motivate line/section/assistant leaders and operators in the daily operations to achieve targets in output, quality and on-time delivery;Ensure operations adhere strictly to planned schedules, operating procedures, maintenance programs, quality, and safety requirements & standards.Ensure finished goods are within set standards and according to customers' requirements;Assist superior in organising daily activities and production operational issues i.e. working schedule, attendance, discipline, raw material & packaging stocks and documentation.Involve in attending and resolving customer complaints and quality issues at all time.Ensure all necessary documentation/reports in production are correctly updated.Responsible for cleanliness of machines, production areas and staff personal hygiene to ensure they are adhering to GMP rules and Quality & Food Safety Requirements.To ensure all machines are functioning properly. Any machine breakdown is to be rectified immediately, either in-house or outsourced. Report on details of machine breakdown immediately to superior and maintenance team.To actively undertake responsibilities pertaining to food safety and quality.To undertake responsibilities pertaining to workers' welfare including hostel visits, health check-ups etc on top of disciplinary matters.Work with superior to troubleshoot all production problems that arise and other matters which will be advised from time to time.Emphasize the importance of align with the company's values, especially in terms of teamwork, integrity, and a continuous improvement mindset.Responsible for, such as production efficiency, downtime reduction, defect rates, or on-time delivery percentages.Responsibilities related to optimizing the use of resources, such as raw materials, labour, and energy, to minimize waste and reduce costsPerform other duties and functions as required by immediate superior and higher authority when required. Requirements: A minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.At least three (3) years working experience in food manufacturing industries.Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Computer literate and skilled in MS Office applications.Resourceful, team player and able to multi-task.Proven ability to work in fast pace environment and under pressure.Self-motivated and possess a positive working attitude.Good communication skills to ensure active motivation and engagement with team members and subordinates.Willing to work in shifts, weekends and/or Public Holidays.
