Shift Supervisors/ Superintendents

Requirements: Degree or Diploma of any discipline preferably in technical fields.At least 5-10 years of working experience as supervisor in a continuous automatic processing plants or batch-wise processing chemical or edible oil plant.Those who have many years of DCS automatic process control experience are encouraged to apply.Strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: To supervise shift work and ensure production quality and quantity target are continuously met.To manage, organize, direct and supervise product storage, transfer and handling.Ensure compliance of all quality management system such as quality, environmental, safety, GMP and HACCP are adhered to.Responsible for the material replenishment of process chemicals, packaging materials and other consumables for the plant.
