The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Site Manager in the Construction industry. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.Develop project schedules and allocate resources accordingly.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to specifications.Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project related documents.Provide guidance and direction to construction workers, subcontractors, and other team members.Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with plans and specifications. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction management roleStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as a good understanding of relevant building codes and regulationsExcellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex construction projectsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and the construction teamA proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressureFamiliarity with construction management software and tools, such as scheduling and project tracking systems
