Responsibilities: Develop and implement project work plans and review them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.To lead, coordinate, and control all workers at the site and ensure all works are carried out following the contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and project schedule.Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Program Schedule, and control, and monitor all plant and materials every week.Ensure all work is completed for the program.Fulfill the role of Temporary Works Co-Ordinator when required.Liaise with the Contracts Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager/Agent, and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations, and confirmation of instructions.Carrying out safety inspections and fulfilling the health, safety, and welfare responsibilities as detailed in the Company's Policy and in compliance with the project's management system.Control and monitor site waste by the Company's Site Waste Minimization and Management policyCreate and maintain good relations with clients, design teams, and neighbours as well as any other stakeholders. Requirements: Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in a relevant discipline.At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.Preferred language(s): English and Bahasa MalaysiaAbility to identify, evaluate and resolve problems at sites.Full-time positions are available and are prepared to travel outstation.Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervisionComputer literate, able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Project will be more advantageAble to start working immediately
