Join our dynamic department at Dexcom, where innovation meets expertise in supply chain management (SCM) and manufacturing. As a crucial member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing SCM and manufacturing processes within our Oracle EBS environment. With a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on Dexcom's operations while working alongside talented professionals who share your passion for excellence. This position involves supporting multiple APAC IT projects and may entail leading small projects as needed. Dexcom has regional teams in APAC, EMEA, and the US, and this role will be functionally part of this wider team and will operate within its governance framework.
Where you come in:
You will leverage your deep knowledge of Oracle EBS modules relevant to SCM and manufacturing, such as Oracle Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM), Oracle Order Management, Oracle Inventory Management, Oracle Procurement, and Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).
You will engage in and facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand, analyze, and document business requirements, business processes, and technical specifications.
You will gather high-level and detailed requirements and collaboratively author detailed requirement and design specifications.
You will conduct solution assessments, design standardized solutions to ensure that functional and technical specifications meet the business needs.
You will participate in activities required to support production, including but not limited to troubleshooting, investigations, user support, periodic reviews, root cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Oracle EBS.
You will assess existing processes and systems, identifying areas for enhancement to improve accuracy and reporting capabilities.
You manage design and propose solutions, leveraging Oracle EBS functionality and potentially recommending customizations or integrations where necessary.
You will develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system functionality and reliability, providing end-users with a seamless experience.
You will create presentations to help communicate complex technical, organizational, and project concepts and status.
You will support inspections and site audits as needed.
You will drive execution of assigned project deliverables.
You will see the big picture and develop plans with a global mindset.

What makes you successful:
Your strong expertise in Oracle release R12.x with a focus on SCM and manufacturing modules.
Your 5+ years of experience in Oracle Business Systems Analyst role.
You have experience working in agile scrum methodologies to deliver projects and enhancements.
Your strategic thinking skills, critical thinking skills, understanding business needs and bringing proactive solutions to the team.
Your strong analytical, investigation skills, problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights from detailed data analysis.
Your experience in testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring system functionality and reliability.
Your excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive and influence changes and improvements.
Your ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
Your ability to work independently, effective time management, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
You are exposure to the latest digital technologies like Robotic process automation, ChatBots, AI/ML is an added advantage.
Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile or other project management skills.
Nice to have: Strong understanding of SQL and PL/SQL
Nice to have: Experience working in Medical Devices Manufacturing Industry

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
