Develop and review operational standard in order to strengthen the network.Building business relationship with insurance companies, body & pain dealers and contractor. Conduct market analysis on body & paint business opportunities.Develops body & paint business by planning effective and efficient marketing plans. Job Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Studies, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the automotive or retail industry.Experience in managing multiple business units.Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, and negotiation skills.Must be an exemplary leader who is dedicated, diligent, tenacious, and performance-driven.Intermediate skills in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports for management presentation.Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.Willing to travel between Kedah, Johor & SarawakWork Location: Centre Of Execellence, Shah Alam
