> State Manager, Body & Paint (After Sales) - Support Sarawak South & North Managed achieving sales revenue (Parts/Lube) and throughput target as planned.Manage the execution of all policies, SOPs, and action plans compiled to and fully implemented by the Dealer by performing visits and internal audits in various areas such as operations, warranty, and parts.Ensure reports are submitted by dealers to ensure smooth daily operations.Ensure dealer credit management level and debts.Conduct regular meetings with Dealer Managers on operational matters and where needed, on other related issues.Provide and review performances against targets and devise improvement action plans based on root cause analysis.Manage and sustain the achievement of customer satisfaction.Assist and support the management from time to time in any new project or task related to service operations.  > State Manager, Body & Paint  (After Sales) - Support Johor South  To assist BP Ops Head on Plan, monitors, direct and coordinate in meeting the target set accordance with the organizations's policies and procedures.To ensure target achievement.To ensure compliancy to SOP.Responsible for expansion of body & paint network by identifying potential business partners. Develop and review operational standard in order to strengthen the network.Building business relationship with insurance companies, body & pain dealers and contractor. Conduct market analysis on body & paint business opportunities.Develops body & paint business by planning effective and efficient marketing plans. Managing body & paint dealers and body & paint contractor new appointments.Review for renewal/termination of body & paint dealers and body & paint contractor agreement.Develop incentive program for staff and dealers to promote more revenue and give motivation to sales team. > State Manager, Service Operation (After Sales) - Support Kedah & Perlis Managed achieving sales revenue (Parts/Lube) and throughput target as planned.Manage the execution of all policies, SOPs, and action plans compiled to and fully implemented by the Dealer by performing visits and internal audits in various areas such as operations, warranty, and parts.Ensure reports are submitted by dealers to ensure smooth daily operations.Ensure dealer credit management level and debts.Conduct regular meetings with Dealer Managers on operational matters and where needed, on other related issues.Provide and review performances against targets and devise improvement action plans based on root cause analysis.Manage and sustain the achievement of customer satisfaction.Assist and support the management from time to time in any new project or task related to service operations. Job Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Studies, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the automotive or retail industry.Experience in managing multiple business units.Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, and negotiation skills.Must be an exemplary leader who is dedicated, diligent, tenacious, and performance-driven.Intermediate skills in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports for management presentation.Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.Willing to travel between Kedah, Johor & SarawakWork Location: Centre Of Execellence, Shah Alam
