Job Description:
Perodua is seeking a Support Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to various departments within the company. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
2. Provide support to team members by coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
4. Assist with project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks and projects.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
1. 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
2. Resourceful and energetic personality traits.
3. Strong project management skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. High school diploma or equivalent.
