Job Description:
Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a Support Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our customer support services. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise a team of support staff to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
5. Provide training and guidance to support staff to enhance their skills and performance.
6. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6. Driven and energetic personality traits.
7. Strong cooperation and critical thinking skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
9. Ability to work remotely and manage a virtual team effectively.
