Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

MISC Berhad is seeking a passionate and hardworking Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the remote support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of remote support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
2. Monitor and analyze support ticket metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a professional and timely manner.
6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
3. Strong planning and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
