Support Representative

Job description:

As a Support Representative at Proton Holdings Berhad located in George Town, Penang, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals with little to no experience who are looking to kickstart their career in customer support.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide technical support for our products and services- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:- Hardworking and confident attitude- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Team player with a positive attitude- High school diploma or equivalent- Proficiency in MS Office suite- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
