About the role

Boon Siew Borneo Sdn Bhd, a leading automotive company, is seeking a talented Warranty Executive to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.
What you'll be doing Warranty claim preparation and submissionDefective warranty parts storage and controlFree Service Claim (FSC) preparation and submissionResponsible for daily administrative tasksMaintaining proper filing on all documents relatedWhat we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a warranty or customer service role within the automotive industryStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate warranty claims efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers, service centres, and internal stakeholdersProficient in using relevant software and systems for warranty managementAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentationCustomer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional serviceFamiliarity with automotive industry regulations and warranty policiesWhat we offer
