Job Description:
Petron Malaysia is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant. This is a remote work position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
7. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Resilient and confident personality traits.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively.
5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
7. Fluent in English and Malay.
