Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team at Genting Group in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
- Motivated and energetic personality with a positive attitude
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
