We are looking for a confident and energetic Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide essential support to our account management team by facilitating communication with clients, processing orders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in managing client accounts by ensuring timely processing of orders, updates, and inquiries through effective communication channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate information and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in client strategies and promotions, helping to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Prepare and maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and order details to ensure accurate reporting and account management.
- Monitor account performance metrics and assist in generating reports to analyze customer trends and preferences.
- Develop persuasive communication for promotions and campaigns to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide seamless support and timely resolution of client-related issues.
- Contribute to continual improvement initiatives by identifying areas of potential enhancement in customer service processes.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and company policies, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or account support, preferably in the food and beverage or quick-service restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and cooperate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (experience with specific systems is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment, managing time and tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and excellence.
- Confidence and energy to engage with customers and team members positively and effectively.
