### Job Description:

Petronas, a leading global energy and solutions provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This part-time position is ideal for a driven and dedicated individual who thrives in a high-stakes environment and is committed to delivering excellence in customer support and account management.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding account inquiries, service issues, and support needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and timely follow-ups.

2. **Account Maintenance**:
- Assist in maintaining and updating client account information within the company's CRM system.
- Monitor account activity and ensure all details are accurate and up-to-date.

3. **Issue Resolution**:
- Investigate and resolve client issues, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, using strong decision-making skills.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure all client needs are met and service issues are addressed.

4. **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Prepare regular reports on account activities, service-related issues, and client feedback.
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of all client-related correspondence.

5. **Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify client needs and trends, helping to inform account management strategies.
- Utilize research findings to recommend actionable improvements in service delivery and client interactions.

6. **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving overall service quality.

7. **Compliance and Standards**:
- Uphold the company's standards for compliance and quality in all client interactions and account management processes.
- Strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all endeavors of the role.

### Requirements:

#### Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an account support, customer service, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

#### Skills & Competencies:
- Driven and dedicated personality, with a strong commitment to achieving results.
- Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong research abilities to analyze information and derive meaningful insights.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members alike.
