**Job Description:**

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As an integral part of our operations, you will contribute significantly to providing top-notch support to our clients and enhancing their overall experience with our services. This role requires an enthusiastic individual who is eager to foster client relationships, address client needs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and enhancement by leveraging client feedback.

2. **Account Coordination:**
- Assist in the development and execution of account strategies to meet client objectives and drive account performance.
- Coordinate with various departments (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and report account performance metrics, providing insights to management for decision-making.

3. **Problem Resolution:**
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly by providing effective solutions and guidance.
- Collaborate with technical support and operations teams to resolve account-specific challenges.
- Monitor account health and escalate potential issues to management for resolution.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions, and interactions within the company's CRM system.
- Prepare periodic reports detailing account activities, performance metrics, and potential areas for improvement.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members to provide seamless client service and share best practices.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to products and services.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Gather client feedback and suggest enhancements to products, services, and processes to improve client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation to support onboarding and client education.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in account support, customer service, or related roles.
- **Skills:**
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and respond to client needs effectively.
- Energetic and adaptable personality, able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
