**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and resilient Call Center Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service while managing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Your ability to adapt to changing situations and handle calls professionally will ensure our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction. This is a part-time role, allowing flexibility while contributing to our significant mission.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service Excellence:**
- Handle incoming calls from clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring a positive experience for the customer.

- **Effective Communication:**
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, demonstrating active listening and empathy.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the call center system.

- **Problem-Solving:**
- Identify and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily and efficiently.

- **Follow-Up:**
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are fully resolved and that the client is satisfied with the service received.
- Gather feedback from customers and report insights to the management team for continuous improvement.

- **Sales and Negotiation:**
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling of products or services when appropriate, using negotiation skills to meet customer needs while achieving sales targets.

- **Time Management:**
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage high call volumes and ensure timely responses to customer queries.

- **Adherence to Policies:**
- Follow company policies and procedures, including compliance with data protection regulations to maintain customer confidentiality.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:**
- Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification.

- **Experience:**
- At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Ability to cope with setbacks and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Adaptable: Willingness to adjust to new tasks, changes in workflow, or unexpected demands.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using call center software and other relevant CRM tools.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
