**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and resilient Chat Support Specialist to join our vibrant team at IHH Healthcare Berhad. In this part-time role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and support via chat platforms. You will assist patients and customers with their inquiries, complaints, and provide information about our healthcare services. This position requires a proactive and energetic individual who has experience in customer support and a passion for making a difference.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring a professional and friendly tone at all times.
- Proactively engage with customers to provide information about our services, manage their questions, and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and make appropriate decisions regarding solutions and services.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system to maintain a clear and organized record of queries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution, fostering a seamless healthcare experience for our customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest information on our services, procedures, and policies to provide accurate guidance.
- Adhere to all privacy and compliance regulations, ensuring customer confidentiality and data protection.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and healthcare support.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or chat support role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Resilient and energetic personality with the ability to manage stress and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven decision-making skills, capable of evaluating situations and making sound judgments quickly.
- Persuasive skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence customer actions positively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and chat support tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
