**Job Overview:**
UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Relations Assistant to join our remote team. This part-time position requires a motivated individual who can effectively manage client relationships and support various administrative tasks to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. You will play a crucial role in fostering positive interactions, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Ensure timely responses and follow-ups to client communications through various channels, including email, phone, and instant messaging.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

2. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with the organization and coordination of client meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
- Prepare and manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the creation and maintenance of client databases and contact lists.

3. **Client Engagement:**
- Contribute innovative ideas for client engagement initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and content that resonate with clients.
- Monitor client feedback and conduct surveys to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.

4. **Problem Solving:**
- Proactively identify and address client issues, leveraging emotional intelligence to understand and respond effectively to client emotions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure follow-through.

5. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Track client interactions and generate reports to analyze client engagement and satisfaction trends.
- Present findings to management with recommendations for improvements.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Ability to find creative solutions and work independently.
- Motivated: Driven self-starter who is eager to learn and grow.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas for engagement.
