**Job Description:**

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This part-time remote position is ideal for a resilient individual with a passion for client service and a track record of building strong relationships with clients. As the Client Service Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.

- **Issue Resolution:** Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor and evaluate client service performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to management to identify areas for improvement.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure client needs are aligned with business objectives and service delivery.

- **Onboarding:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and a clear understanding of services offered.

- **Client Communication:** Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and regular communications to clients about product updates, service enhancements, and relevant offerings.

- **Feedback Analysis:** Gather feedback from clients and conduct surveys to assess satisfaction levels, presenting findings to management with actionable recommendations.

- **Training:** Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for clients to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management or customer service roles, preferably in a remote work setting.

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a remote working environment.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks and client demands simultaneously.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate teams and clients.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and other technology tools to streamline client management processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insights.

- **Problem-Solving:** Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve issues and challenges effectively.
