**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Service Officer to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exemplary client service, managing client accounts, and ensuring that all client inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about client relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to promote client satisfaction and retention.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Responsively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and online chat.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues swiftly and effectively.

3. **Account Management:**
- Monitor client accounts, ensuring that service delivery meets the standards set forth by Hartalega.
- Regularly review client contracts and agreements, facilitating renewals and modifications as necessary.

4. **Project Coordination:**
- Assist in the coordination of client projects, ensuring milestones are met and communication remains clear and consistent.
- Track project progress and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

5. **Feedback Gathering:**
- Proactively solicit and document client feedback on products and services, providing insights to internal teams for improvements.
- Identify trends in client feedback and work collaboratively to implement changes.

6. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on client interactions, project statuses, and client satisfaction metrics.

7. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance client service strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in customer service, client relations, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare environment.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent: Ability to work autonomously while being self-motivated and disciplined.
- Energetic: Bring enthusiasm and positivity to client interactions and team collaboration.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Project Management:** Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Time Management:** Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage client expectations effectively.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.) to engage with clients and team members.
