### **Requirements:**
**Education & Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in a relevant industry.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Comfortable with digital communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- **Soft Skills:**
