### **Job Description:**

### **Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Support:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new customers.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services and products.

2. **Communication:**
- Maintain clear, concise, and effective communication through various channels (phone, email, chat) to ensure client understanding and engagement.
- Provide timely updates and information to clients regarding company services, policies, and procedures.

3. **Problem Resolution:**
- Analyze client issues and implement appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address more complex issues, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.

4. **Documentation:**
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, transactions, inquiries, and comments, ensuring proper documentation for reference and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare reports on client feedback and service effectiveness for management review.

5. **Time Management:**
- Prioritize and manage multiple client requests simultaneously while adhering to established timelines.
- Effectively schedule and manage workload, ensuring all tasks are completed within set deadlines.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Identify areas for service enhancement and provide feedback to management for process improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better assist clients and improve service delivery.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident and articulate in both written and verbal communication.
- Passionate about customer service and committed to maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong decision-making abilities to assess situations and provide solutions effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple clients' needs and deadlines.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable navigating various digital communication tools and platforms.
