### Job Description

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Service Specialist to join our remote team. This part-time position requires a self-starter who thrives in a high-energy environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing valuable insights that aid client retention and satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Interaction:** Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, clarifying service-related information, and providing timely updates on account status.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify and resolve client issues, complaints, or product-related questions efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Service Coordination:** Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the proper fulfillment of client requests and service delivery commitments.
- **Relationship Management:** Proactively build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, focusing on understanding their needs and expectations.
- **Presentation Skills:** Prepare and deliver client presentations, showcasing new services or products, educating clients on system features, and enhancing their overall understanding of the offerings.
- **Negotiation:** Negotiate contract terms, price adjustments, service level agreements, and other terms with clients to achieve mutual benefits.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Feedback Collection:** Conduct surveys and gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences and satisfaction levels, using insights to propose enhancements.
- **Reporting:** Assist in compiling reports and metrics related to client engagement and service performance, presenting these findings to management as required.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay up-to-date on industry trends, service developments, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and client engagement strategies.

### Requirements

#### Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service, customer support, or account management roles, preferably in a remote capacity.

#### Skills
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other collaborative tools.
- **Soft Skills:**
- **Presentation Skills:** Ability to communicate concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
- **Negotiation Skills:** Strong ability to facilitate discussions and reach agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
