- **Data Management:** Accurately input, track, and manage client information in our databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- **Problem Solving:** Analyze client issues to identify underlying causes and collaborate with relevant departments to create effective solutions.
- **Feedback Collection:** Actively gather feedback from clients regarding their experience, documenting insights and suggestions that could enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement:** Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify areas for improvement within the client support process, contributing creative solutions that enhance workflow efficiency.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the Client Support team to share insights and experiences, support team initiatives, and contribute to overall team goals.
- **Administrative Support:** Assist in administrative tasks related to client accounts to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to client requests.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. Pursuing or completed tertiary education in a related field is an advantage.
- **Experience:** No prior work experience is necessary. This position is open to entry-level candidates and recent graduates.
