**Job Description:**
MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service or client support, and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our clients. This role is perfect for those looking to leverage their interpersonal skills in a growing technology-driven environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist clients in navigating our services and platforms, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of available tools and resources.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services or solutions to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure successful onboarding, utilization of services, and ongoing satisfaction with our offerings.
- Document all client interactions, feedback, and issues systematically in our CRM system to aid in future interactions and service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as Product, Marketing, and IT) to address client concerns and relay feedback for product/service enhancements.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends in client inquiries and issues, making recommendations for service improvement initiatives.
- Participate in regular training and professional development activities to stay abreast of product updates and industry trends.
- Support the development of client-focused materials, such as FAQs, guides, and tutorial content to enhance the client experience.
- Assist in coordinating company events or client engagement initiatives that foster community and relationship-building.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role, preferably within a technology or business services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and while communicating with clients.
- Resilient attitude in handling challenging situations and adept at decision-making under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Passionate about client service and committed to enhancing the client experience.
