**Job Description:**

MR DIY Group is looking for a motivated and passionate Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Support Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience. We are seeking individuals who are driven, have excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-tier support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Respond to client inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through our products and services while resolving issues effectively.

2. **Support Coordination:**
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate and escalate client requests and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system to ensure smooth follow-ups and service continuity.

3. **Problem Resolution:**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues related to products or services, providing solutions or coordinating with relevant departments to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure client concerns are addressed promptly and follow up to confirm their satisfaction.

4. **Feedback Management:**
- Gather client feedback and report insights to the management team to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in developing FAQs and help documents for common client queries to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.

5. **Project Management:**
- Assist in managing client support projects to enhance team efficiency and service delivery.
- Support in organizing client engagement events and promotions to enhance client relationships.

6. **Training & Development:**
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge, support tools, and services offered by MR DIY Group.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and client engagement strategies.

**Requirements:**

*Educational Background:*
- A minimum of a high school diploma. Candidates pursuing a degree in communications, business, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

*Experience:*
- No prior work experience is required. Relevant internships or volunteer work in customer service roles will be considered an advantage.

*Personality Traits:*
- Driven: An individual who is results-oriented and demonstrates a strong commitment to achieving goals.
- Passionate: Enthusiasm for the industry and dedication to enhancing the customer experience.

*Soft Skills:*
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize work while maintaining attention to detail.
- Negotiation: Strong skills in negotiation to resolve conflicts and reach satisfactory outcomes for clients and the company.

*Technical Skills:*
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.

*Availability:*
- Flexible schedule is preferred to accommodate client needs, with a minimum commitment of [X] hours per week.
