**Job Description:**

UEM Sunrise Berhad, a leading property development company dedicated to creating sustainable and innovative living environments, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking **Contact Center Officer** to join our dynamic team remotely. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, documenting each interaction accurately.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries.

2. **Information Management:**
- Gather and record customer information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all data handling.
- Provide detailed product information, assisting customers in understanding our offerings and services.

3. **Problem Solving:**
- Analyze customer issues, seeking to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner while utilizing emotional intelligence to empathize with the customers' needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved cases, providing necessary feedback to improve service delivery.

4. **Reporting and Feedback:**
- Generate and maintain reports on customer interactions, feedback, and overall satisfaction metrics.
- Identify trends and common issues in customer feedback to relay back to management for continuous improvement.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance personal skills and knowledge about our products, services, and customer service techniques.
- Contribute ideas for enhancing the customer experience and refining internal processes.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work alongside fellow team members to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Share knowledge and experiences to help foster a team-oriented atmosphere focused on achieving common goals.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Minimum of a diploma in any field; a degree is a plus.
- **Experience:** At least 3 years of proven experience in a customer service or contact center environment.

**Skills:**
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and clear articulation.
- Excellent emotional intelligence to navigate customer interactions effectively, understanding customer emotions and responses.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tackling customer concerns and inquiries.

**Personality Traits:**
- Dedicated: Show a commitment to providing the best customer service experience possible.
- Hardworking: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, including reliability and consistency in meeting job responsibilities.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using customer service tools and software.
