### Job Description

Genting Group is seeking a motivated and resilient Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. As a key front-line representative of our company, you will serve as the voice of Genting, ensuring exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information about our products and services.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer needs and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged appropriately.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about our latest offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide relevant information to customers and address their queries effectively.
- **Feedback Loop:** Collect customer feedback and insights, communicating trends and suggestions to the management team for continuous service improvement.
- **Service Improvement:** Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improving the customer journey and service processes.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in training sessions to develop product knowledge and improve communication skills to better serve our customers.
- **Adherence to Standards:** Follow company protocols and adhere to all compliance regulations while interacting with customers.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or communications is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
