### Job Description

SIRIM Berhad is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Care Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru. This part-time role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive industry-leading service and support. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing assistance and information with professionalism and enthusiasm.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and courteously.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored responses.

- **Problem-Solving:**
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

- **Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Prepare detailed reports on customer feedback and issues to improve service delivery.

- **Product Knowledge:**
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of SIRIM Berhad's products and services to provide informed assistance.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and promotions offered by the company.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to streamline processes.
- Participate actively in training programs and team meetings to improve skills and service quality.

- **Customer Experience Improvement:**
- Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide insights on common customer issues to improve products and services.

### Requirements

- **Education & Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly dedicated with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer care.
- Energetic and proactive approach to solving problems and engaging with customers.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer data and service delivery.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.

- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Comfortable with using customer service software and tools; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage records and reports.
