### Job Description:

Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, live chat, and in-person) to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about our products, services, and promotions, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of offerings.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Actively listen to customer concerns, analyze issues, and provide effective solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams to address and resolve complex issues that may require escalation, following up to ensure timely resolution.

- **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Generate and analyze reports related to customer feedback and service performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

- **Product Knowledge:**
- Keep abreast of the latest product developments and marketing initiatives to provide customers with up-to-date information.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and refine customer service techniques.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices to foster a supportive and collaborative working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve service quality and team efficiency.

- **Fostering Relationships:**
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy and understanding their needs.
- Show initiative in creating rapport with frequent customers, ensuring a personalized service experience.

### Requirements:

- **Education & Experience:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry.
- Relevant certifications or a diploma in business administration, communications, or a related field will be advantageous.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident in communication and interaction with a diverse customer base.
- Resilient, with the ability to handle pressure, adapt to changing situations, and remain calm under stress.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent people management skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and articulate approach to customer interactions.
- High emotional intelligence, allowing for effective engagement with customers and team members.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of digital communication tools and platforms.
