### **Job Description:**

Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Success Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our products and services. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide proactive support, and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:**
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers by actively engaging with them through phone, email, and live chat.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to identify their needs, offer guidance, and reinforce the value of Axiata services.

- **Onboarding and Training:**
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they understand product functionalities and can use our services effectively.
- Develop and deliver training sessions tailored to customer needs to enhance their engagement and satisfaction.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Proactively identify potential issues and spearhead initiatives to resolve customer concerns before they escalate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

- **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Gather customer feedback through surveys and direct interactions to enhance service quality and product offerings.
- Work closely with product development and marketing teams to communicate customer insights and influence product improvements.

- **Performance Tracking:**
- Monitor customer success metrics and KPIs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on customer success initiatives and outcomes to inform management of progress and areas for improvement.

### **Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:**
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, client relations, or a related customer-facing role.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Must be dedicated, energetic, and passionate about enhancing the customer experience.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong innovation and critical thinking skills to develop creative solutions to customer challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with customer support platforms and tools is a plus.
