### **Job Description**
As a **Customer Success Associate** at Sunway Construction Group Berhad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. You will serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact, helping clients maximize the value of our construction services while building lasting relationships. ### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and reviews. Be the primary point of contact for any inquiries, concerns, or feedback.
- **Onboarding**: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services, processes, and how to best utilize them for their projects.
- **Support & Troubleshooting**: Provide timely and effective support to clients by addressing their questions and issues. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Account Management**: Monitor client satisfaction and engagement levels. Conduct regular check-ins to assess their needs and gather feedback to improve services.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and outcomes. Prepare reports on client metrics and success stories for internal evaluation and strategy planning.
- **Training & Resources**: Develop educational materials and conduct training sessions for clients to empower them to use our services more effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, project management, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a unified approach in addressing client needs.
- **Advocacy**: Act as a customer advocate within the company, ensuring their needs and expectations are communicated and met.
### **Requirements**
#### **Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer success, client relations, or similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and project management software.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
