**Job Description:**

Petron Malaysia is seeking a motivated and passionate **Customer Success Associate** to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences within the fuel and energy sector. As a part-time remote associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the support they need, facilitating a seamless experience with our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:**
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat. Address concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

- **Account Management:**
Assist in managing customer accounts by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and engagement metrics.

- **Customer Onboarding:**
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services and products. Create and share onboarding materials, tutorials, and FAQs to assist them.

- **Feedback Gathering:**
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Work closely with other departments to relay feedback and contribute to product enhancements.

- **Issue Resolution:**
Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Follow up to ensure customer concerns are fully addressed.

- **Resource Development:**
Create, update, and maintain documentation, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles to empower customers and enhance self-service options.

- **Customer Engagement:**
Proactively identify opportunities to engage customers, offering them tools and resources that enhance their experience with our products.

- **Reporting:**
Prepare regular reports on customer success metrics and feedback to share with the management team, assisting in the development of strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.

- **Experience:**
No prior experience necessary. Fresh graduates and individuals seeking entry-level positions are encouraged to apply.

- **Technical Skills:**
Proficient in using digital communication platforms and basic computer applications. Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial but not mandatory.
